1) All
neighbors on Spaulding Ct. and adjacent neighbors on Kolbe
Rd. were visited on June 14, 1998 between 11:00 and 12:00
Sunday morning.
2) The owner of
the vacant lot directly to the south was interviewed the
last time he was there to maintain the lot (sometime in May)
and he had no objections to the request.
3) All neighbors
were shown the request materials herein (except for this
summary).
4) 16 residences
in all, were visited.
5) There were 4
residences where nobody was home at the time.
6) There was 1
residence that was not occupied.
7) There were 6
home owners that filled out statements that had no
objections to the variance request.
8) There were 4
home owners that had no objections, but declined to submit
statements.
9) There was 1
home owner that declined any comment whatsoever (for or
against) the request.
10) There were no
home owners that had any objections to the request.
11) Everyone
interviewed was made aware that amateur radio operations
have been ongoing since January 1995. They were also advised
that there has never been a complaint of interference.
Everyone was asked if they have ever had interference from
the amateur radio operations. Everyone interviewed confirmed
that there has never been any interference.
